How do I cancel my recurring bundle or recurring top-up?

If you have a recurring bundle set up on your account and you would like to cancel it: -

The following day I got an email from Asda saying they weren't fulfilling reoccurring slots for between 19th December and 2nd January, and we won't be able to use them. We would have to take our. With the restrictions on amending orders as well, it seems like they are struggling to cope. I though that the recurring slot would automatically move too but it did not. So I cancelled all of it and rebooked the Friday again hoping that it would give me the option for recurring slot again. It won’t now as apparently that’s too far away (23th). I finally thought id done it when i got an email saying my order had been cancelled! Then of course my delivery slot had gone I rang and they told me they had just been notified that the site was so busy customers trying to amend an order was getting it cancelled and there is nothing they can do.
