Custom White Striped Dice Chip
Create the dotted lines characteristic to professional poker chips. Roll out the strips of clay in the color or colors that you would like and cut the strips with a razor. They should be the same size that you would like the final dots to be. Press the strips firmly into the larger cylinder making sure to eliminate all air bubbles. Earlier, clay was used to make poker chips. Later, manufacturers used to add some other materials along with some ratio of clay so as to make the chips more durable. These clay poker chips are manufactured by compression molding process in which the clay chips are retained to pressure up to 10,000 psi and heat up to 300 degree Fahrenheit. Repeat steps 30 and 31 on the right hand side. The poker chip should look like the one shown below. Note: If you want to make the poker chip thinner or thicker, just select the four anchor points below. Then use the Direct Selection tool (A) along with the Shift key to move the selected anchor points up or down on a constrained angle.
